In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Certifying critical services/suppliers, establishing and monitoring remediation plans, and issuing residual risk ratings. * Reviewing and challenging the inherent risk level of critical services. * Preparing reports and collaborating with CISO teams on risk assessment outcomes. * Supporting the management of key accounts for vendor risk services across the Santander Group. * Conducting periodic reporting to local TPRM areas and relevant committees. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in roles related to Cybersecurity / IT Risk / IT Audit. **Education** * Higher education qualification in Computer Science or Technology. * University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar. * Desirable: Courses or training in Cybersecurity / IT Risk / Audit certifications (e.g., CISA, ISO/IEC 27001, CompTIA Security\+, CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals, etc.). **Languages** * Intermediate\-advanced English (B2\): strong written and oral presentation skills in English, with high customer orientation. **Technical Skills** (Hard skills) * Knowledge of technology and information security certifications and frameworks, such as ISAE 3000 (SOC 2\), NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT... * Knowledge of IT audit practices, IT risk management, business continuity management, vulnerability management, and security testing methodologies (OWASP, OSSTMM...). **Interpersonal Skills** (Soft skills) Additionally, the candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be an enthusiastic team player.
