The intern will join the **Operations** department, specifically the **Customer Operations** sub-department, a key team in developing and implementing solutions that enhance customer experience. In this case, the focus will be on transforming Orange’s Virtual Assistant using generative artificial intelligence technologies.
**Training Objectives**
During the internship, the selected candidate will be able to:
* Learn how to optimize a virtual assistant using generative AI techniques.
* Develop skills in improving user-assistant interaction across multiple channels (text, audio, image, and video).
* Understand strategies to make the user experience more human and accessible.
* Apply knowledge to analyze results and propose improvements in real-world telecommunications environments.
Main Training Activities
The intern will participate in activities such as:
* Adjusting and training generative AI models (such as LLMs).
* Conducting performance tests and drawing conclusions from data.
* Researching new technologies applied to artificial intelligence.
* Documenting progress and collaborating with the technical team on integration and validation tasks.
**Mentorship and Follow-up**
The intern will receive guidance from **Aitor Iria**, project manager, who will act as the responsible tutor. Learning objectives will be established from the beginning, and continuous progress monitoring will be carried out, including periodic feedback and review sessions. This support will ensure a comprehensive educational experience aligned with professional development.

**University Degree:**
Students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs related to STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
