Job Summary: We are seeking an IT systems professional to ensure optimal technology operation, including maintenance, operating system management, and database administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. AS/400 (IBM i) system and SQL Server/MySQL database management. 2. Technical support and application of security updates. 3. Hardware maintenance and user support experience. We are looking for a professional in the field of systems and IT in Alcázar de San Juan. The primary mission will be to guarantee seamless daily operation of all technological systems. Responsibilities will include maintaining technological equipment—both networked devices and individual user devices—as well as managing operating systems such as Windows and Linux. A key requirement is knowledge and hands-on experience with AS/400 (IBM i) systems, including continuous monitoring of their processes, printers, and critical messages. Databases such as SQL Server and MySQL will also be managed to ensure reliable performance. You will participate in applying security updates and performing backups to protect information. Technical support will be provided to users to resolve connectivity issues and other IT-related problems. Prior user support experience and ERP system knowledge are highly valued. A Higher Vocational Training qualification and at least two years of relevant work experience are required. **Contract Type:** Temporary Solid technical experience in hardware maintenance, Office 365, and ERP tools. Operational proficiency with AS/400 (IBM i), including session management (IBM i Access) and backup procedures. Knowledge of SQL Server and/or MySQL database administration. Prior experience in troubleshooting and user support (Helpdesk). Proactive profile with analytical capability, focus on cybersecurity and continuous improvement. Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience.
