Continuous improvement of work methods and innovation We are looking for a candidate to analyze, measure, and optimize production times and processes in Villarrobledo. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency and quality in production. Daily collaboration with management and other departments—such as Production, Engineering, and Quality—will be essential. Responsibilities will include reviewing manufacturing incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions to minimize impact. A detailed time analysis will be conducted at each process step to identify improvement opportunities. Continuous improvement of work methods will be fundamental, aiming to innovate operational approaches. The candidate will also manage the definition and implementation of manufacturing routings in the ERP system. Support will be required in process standardization and technical documentation creation. Strong teamwork skills are essential to optimize the entire production line. Prior experience in the industrial sector, along with knowledge of planning, production control, methods, and time studies, will be highly valued. A degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required. Experience with ERP systems and methods analysis tools is also desirable. **Education:** Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Organization) or demonstrable equivalent experience. Prior experience within the industrial sector is especially valued. Competencies: Measurement and Standardization, Process Optimization, Change Management and Diplomacy, Technical Interpretation. Knowledge: ERP systems, production planning and control, methods, time studies and processes, methods and time analysis, routing configuration. Experience: Minimum 1 year.
