Currently expanding physically by opening stores in various cities across Andalusia. **Main responsibilities:** \- Identify and negotiate strategic commercial premises with owners or agencies. \- Coordinate site adaptation: construction work, trades, permits, interior decoration. \- Design layout plans: checkout area, sales floor, storage, fitting rooms, etc. \- Manage utilities: service connections, name transfers, insurance, etc. \- Develop timelines, budgets, and reports for management. \- Supervise complete openings until turnkey handover. **Required profile:** \- Degree in technical architecture, engineering, business administration or similar. \- Minimum of 2 years' experience in expansion, construction projects or retail. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and management tools. \- Strong organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills. \- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. **What we offer:** \- Competitive annual gross salary between 28,000 and 36,000 euros (12 payments). \- Bonus of 300 net euros for each store opened on schedule. \- Stable project with autonomy and growth opportunities. \- Travel expenses covered. \- Flexible working hours and dynamic work environment. **How to apply:** Previous experience in fashion, commercial interior design or store openings will be valued.
