We are looking for a cybersecurity and cybersecurity solution operations specialist for the team working with TrendAI (Trend Micro). The role can be based in either Madrid or Barcelona. Responsibilities: * **Provide technical guidance to customers** throughout the product lifecycle—from onboarding through to advanced adoption—ensuring they derive maximum value from TrendAI solutions. * **Act as the primary technical point of contact**, understanding customer needs and translating them into clear requirements for enhancing their security environment. * **Deliver advanced-level technical support**, investigating incidents, analyzing integrations, and proposing proactive solutions to improve detection and response capabilities for security incidents. * **Collaborate on identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion**, contributing customer feedback to evolve their overall cybersecurity posture. What can you bring to our team? * Degree related to ICT * Experience in SOC teams and incident response at L2/L3 level. * CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent is highly desirable. * Forensic analysis experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
