




**SEK Educational Institution** is seeking to hire, **immediately**, a **Human Resources Administration Technician** to join the Human Resources team, supporting administrative labor processes and contributing to the proper functioning of people management within the organization. ### **Mission:** Ensure accurate labor administration for institutional staff, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and quality in hiring, payroll, and Social Security processes, as well as providing operational support to the Human Resources department. ### **Main Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Drafting, reviewing, and managing **employment contracts and associated documentation**. * **Calculating, managing, and reviewing payroll and social security contributions**. * Processing **registrations, deregistrations, modifications, and notifications** with Social Security. * Managing **labor incidents, absences, and personnel movements**. * Preparing **personnel-related reports and statistics** for monitoring and reporting purposes. * Collaborating with the HR team on **processes and projects related to administrative labor management**. ### **Requirements:** * Education in **Labor Relations, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field**. * Prior experience in **personnel administration and labor management**. * Knowledge of labor regulations and Social Security procedures. * Proficiency in office software and payroll management applications. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
