We are seeking a **Project Consultant for Participation** to facilitate participatory processes with citizens and support actions linked to the **2030 Agenda**, promoting sustainable initiatives together with groups and social organizations within the Foral Community. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to combine the facilitation of participatory processes with environmental consultancy tasks, including environmental and social assessments at sm sistemas medioambientals. **Citizen participation:** * Design and facilitation of participatory processes involving citizens, organizations, and local groups. * Facilitate dialogue spaces to promote sustainable actions aligned with the 2030 Agenda\. * Preparation of materials, sessions, activities, and participation tools. * Analysis of results, formulation of conclusions, and report writing. **Environmental consultancy** * Preparation of environmental and social studies: analysis, monitoring, and production of technical documentation for projects such as urban agendas, prevention plans, and initiatives related to corporate and public sector social responsibility. * Identification of opportunities, best practices, and social and environmental sustainability initiatives. * Coordinated work with technical teams and government agencies. **What profile are we looking for?** * Preferred background in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or similar fields. Technical profiles with experience in participatory processes are also welcome. * Two years of experience in **participation projects** or active listening processes with citizens. * Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills. * Knowledge of or interest in sustainability, ecological transition, and social projects. * Valid driver's license B\-1 and personal vehicle. **Valued assets:** * **C level proficiency in Basque (Euskera).** * Experience in the environmental field. * Residing in **Pamplona or surrounding areas** (ideal for attending meetings and traveling across Navarra). **If you are passionate about the environment and want to contribute to sustainable project development, this is your opportunity!** Job type: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00€ per year Application questions: * What is your level of Basque? * Where do you reside? * Do you have experience in participatory processes?
