




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Labor and Administration Department, performing management and support tasks. Expense control and management of employee training We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Labor and Administration Department. The main responsibilities of this position include supporting technical staff by performing the following functions: \- Management of selection and recruitment processes: analyzing staffing needs, posting job offers, and conducting initial screening of received profiles. \- Preparation of employee reports for payroll processing in coordination with our external advisory firm. \- Handling of occupational health and safety platforms, as well as other construction-site documentation. \- Allocation of expenses to work orders and projects. \- Employee expense control. \- Management of employee training, medical examinations, personal protective equipment, travel, and accommodations, among others. Knowledge of accounting and/or taxation is desirable.
