As part of its commitment to digital transformation, the **Digital Strategy and Sales** unit within the Operations area manages and optimizes the group’s regional digital stores. The intern will join the team responsible for the multibrand e-shop to support continuous improvement of content, user experience, and overall platform performance, collaborating with experts in digital marketing, analytics, and UX. **Training Objectives** During the internship, the intern will be able to: * Gain experience in web content management applied to e-commerce. * Understand and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) in digital environments. * Participate in conversion rate optimization and user experience improvement processes. * Collaborate in validating user flows and new functionalities. **Training Activities** Training tasks will include: * Creating and updating pages within the e-shop (banners, SEO texts, device catalog, UX). * Analyzing and monitoring key metrics such as traffic, interactions, or conversion rates. * Supporting digital marketing campaigns and other tasks related to online channel management. * Testing and validating user flows to ensure environment quality and functionality. These activities will allow the intern to apply knowledge of marketing, sales, and analysis in a real and constantly evolving digital environment. **Mentorship and Follow-up** The internship will include a mentor from the Digital Strategy and Sales department, who will guide the training process, set learning milestones, and provide continuous feedback to ensure the development of key competencies. **Candidate Profile** * **Eligible degrees:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Business, or related fields. * **Desired skills:** Attention to quality, initiative, proactivity, teamwork, ability to work independently, and decision-making. * **Valued technical knowledge:** Fundamentals of online commerce, digital marketing, web KPIs, familiarity with CMS (preferably Contentful). * **Languages:** Spanish and Basque.
