If you want to make an impact that changes customers' lives, **there is no better place to build your career.** **Your day-to-day** * Act as an IQOS brand ambassador within the point of sale (tobacco shop), responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining adult users. * Take a proactive approach to promote and inform about the IQOS product and its benefits, adapting to each consumer's needs. * Encourage sales and provide after-sales service that ensures an excellent customer experience and high-quality interaction. * Demonstrate appropriate attitude and behavior aligned with our premium positioning and continuous pursuit of service excellence. * Design and implement strategies together with other stakeholders to achieve company goals. * Lead generation. **Who are we looking for?:** * A university degree is desirable. **High school diploma or intermediate vocational training is mandatory.** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable. * Experience working at point of sale is desirable. * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Passion for sales. * Minimum C1 level in Spanish, minimum B1 in Basque; additional languages are desirable. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * Curious, proactive, positive attitude, results-oriented, solution-driven, and service-minded. * Work permit valid in the EU. **Location:** This position covers the areas of Santurce, Sestao, Baracaldo, and Durango as the furthest location. **What we offer:** * Company-provided training. * Indefinite contract. * Fixed salary \+ variable pay based on performance \+ meal vouchers. * Job stability and a positive work environment. **Our success depends on the people who come to work every day with a sense of purpose and a hunger for progress.
