In this role, reporting to the Director of Finance, Development and General Services, your key responsibilities will include: * Establishing and consolidating, together with the Finance Directorate, an environment of economic and financial sustainability, managing Faro Santander’s financial resources. * Preparation and monitoring of the Faro Santander budget. * Implementing the necessary procedures for financial administration of budgetary, accounting, and fund management processes. * Revenue management: issuing invoices to clients, tracking collections, and flagging overdue payments and credit risks. * Expense management: end-to-end process—from evaluating various supplier offers to final payment to the vendor. * Leading the digital transformation of financial tracking, analysis, and reporting systems. * Collaborating with Programmes, Exhibitions, and Communications Directorates, as well as other internal teams, ensuring the necessary coordination for the smooth operation of activities at Faro, meeting the highest quality standards. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Prior professional experience in roles of similar scope and responsibility. (Mandatory) * Experience in the museum or cultural sector. (Desirable) * Experience in international environments. (Desirable) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or Economics. (Mandatory) * Advanced knowledge of accounting. (Mandatory) * Additional specialized training in the museum or cultural sector. (Desirable) * Additional training in AI and digital environments. (Desirable) **Languages** * Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in additional languages. (Desirable) **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
