**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators and frequency converters, is seeking a **Technical Project Engineer** to join the After Sales Department team within the Traction Business Unit in Zamudio. **Mission:** To globally meet customer needs in warranty and post-warranty projects by leading the resolution of their claims, inquiries or requests, coordinating with other departments and complying with current SLAs. Among its main **challenges** are: * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, environmental, and information security policies, regulations and procedures in your workplace and within all positions under your scope. * Lead the implementation within the SAT TR area of the Customer Service module of Microsoft Dynamics 365\. * Register customer requests (claims, inquiries and requests) in Dynamics 365 and monitor them until closure. * Maintain and evolve a dashboard with key performance indicators related to customer case resolution. * Directly resolve low-complexity customer cases. * Lead and coordinate the resolution of medium and high-complexity customer cases, leveraging support from other departments when necessary. * Report ongoing case status to SAT management. * Establish and maintain permanent communication channels with customers across different projects and sites. * Lead and coordinate internal meetings with Technical, Projects and Quality departments for case follow-up. * Identify business opportunities. * Propose continuous improvement actions. * Promote cross-functional and vertical communication within the company. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. * Advanced English proficiency: C1 level. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Power electronics knowledge. * Project management experience. * The ideal candidate is proactive, able to work in a team, flexible, has strong communication skills, fast learning ability and problem-solving skills. **We offer** * Opportunity to join an innovative leader in Power System Automation, contributing to the energy model transition and impacting triple sustainability (social, environmental and economic). * High-performance working team. * International working environment. * Gain experience performing dynamic tasks. * Flexible working hours and other work-life balance facilities. * Competitive compensation aligned with candidate's experience.
