We expect all new team members to exemplify these values. **Your role at Iberia:** The Powerplant Engineer at Iberia Engine Shop will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring engineering procedures to improve them in terms of turnaround time (TAT), quality, or cost. This position will manage projects related to the updating, development, and optimization of all engineering instructions for the assigned fleet/product engine, setting appropriate milestones and coordinating with all stakeholders. This role will be the owner and leader of technical support for the workshop and its technical aspects, maintaining relationships with OEMs, key customers, aviation authorities, and suppliers in both technical and economic areas (contracts and warranties). **Your challenges:** Process Engineer: * Redesign workshop processes aiming to achieve workshop goals in terms of TAT and cost. * Improve engineering processes to standardize and automate them, thereby increasing quality standards and reducing processing times. Powerplant Engineer: * Lead workshop engineering activities. * Standardize documentation and procedures across different engine models. **Your qualifications:** * Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering * Proficiency in English, minimum B2 or 785 TOEIC * Experience: 1 or 2 years in MRO/maintenance environment Talent at Iberia: We value professionals who serve as behavioral role models for customers and within the team.
