This role requires strong people management skills, experience managing consultancy\-style teams where resources are dispatched dynamically, and the ability to develop structured KPIs and effective reporting processes. The Manager will ensure efficient workflows, high\-quality outputs, and seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Directly report to the Research Operations Manager and provide regular updates on project status, team performance, and key risks. * Manage, mentor, and support a diverse team of researchers, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, QA testers, and specialized contributors working on different projects simultaneously. * Coordinate resource allocation in a consultancy\-style environment, assigning team members to support various internal teams and shifting priorities. * Oversee workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and maintain timelines to ensure high productivity and consistent quality. * Develop, track, and maintain KPIs for team performance, project delivery, and quality assurance. * Prepare structured reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key insights, operational metrics, and areas for improvement. * Foster a collaborative environment that encourages communication, knowledge sharing, and effective teamwork across diverse skill sets. * Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and support ongoing professional development. * Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and operational efficiency. * Ensure adherence to organizational standards, best practices, and research quality expectations. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Research, Engineering, or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in a management or team lead role, ideally in a consultancy\-style or multi\-project environment. * Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams and coordinating resources across various parallel projects. * Strong interpersonal and people management skills, including communication, conflict resolution, and team motivation. * Proven ability to create KPIs and produce clear, actionable performance reports. * Excellent organizational, planning, and problem\-solving abilities. **Nice to Have:** * Technical background or familiarity with technical teams and workflows. * Experience using GitLab for collaboration and version management. * Experience with Monday.com or similar project\-management platforms. * **About Multiverse Computing** Founded in 2019, we are a well\-funded, fast\-growing deep\-tech company with a team of 180\+ employees worldwide.
