Main responsibilities include efficient organization of various kitchen areas and preparation of a variety of dishes, demonstrating mastery of fundamental culinary techniques. Proper food handling is essential, complying with HACCP regulations and consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order across all work areas. Prior and demonstrable experience in similar positions is highly valued. A stable, indefinite employment contract is offered, with full-time hours distributed across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, respecting rest periods stipulated by the collective bargaining agreement. The gross monthly salary is €1,300.
