This position is critical to ensuring that our technological infrastructure supports and enhances the unique experience we offer our customers, while maintaining the operational excellence that defines Vestige Collection. **What will your responsibilities be?** Technology Strategy and Architecture * Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives and the operational needs of our hotels and group companies * Design the comprehensive technology architecture: hotel systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and communications * Lead technology implementation projects for new property openings * Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems Hotel Operations and Systems * Guarantee optimal performance of critical hotel operations systems (PMS, POS, revenue management, channel manager, etc.) * Direct coordination with operational teams at each property to identify needs and deliver effective technological solutions * Strategic support for system integrations that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency Vendor and Project Management * Coordinate and supervise external technology vendors and IT service providers * Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and manage relationships with technology partners * Continuously evaluate new solutions and hospitality industry trends IT Governance and Teams * Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards across the company * Lead and develop the technical team (internal and external) * Budget control, KPI reporting, and proposals for continuous improvement * User training and support across various properties and group companies **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Manager or similar roles, including at least 3 years in the hospitality sector. Experience in boutique, 5\* or luxury hotels is highly valued. * Experience implementing and managing PMS and the broader hotel technology ecosystem * Advanced knowledge of IT architectures, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networks * Proven experience managing technology vendors and digital transformation projects * Business acumen and ability to translate operational needs into technological solutions * Project management (PMP, Agile) or technical certifications are highly desirable * Advanced English proficiency * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to properties What do we offer?
