Candidates must be motivated to work, responsible, and willing to learn. Vocational training (FP) in mechanical or electrical fields will be valued, although not mandatory; prior experience as a production operator will also be valued. A personal vehicle is essential to reach the company. Initially, the role will be as a supervised production operator trained by a machine operator until acquiring the knowledge and experience required to become an official machine operator. Working hours: 8 hours per day (possibility of \+ 2 daily overtime hours). Candidates willing to perform bi-weekly rotating shifts (morning and afternoon/night) will be preferred. Morning shift: 7–13 and 14–16. Afternoon/night shift: 17–1. Direct employment contract with the company is offered. Fixed salary for 8 hours: €24,000 gross annually x 14 payments \+ overtime.
