Our value proposition integrates **engineering, design, manufacturing, and assembly**, positioning us as a trusted *partner* for developing construction projects, roof and ceiling refurbishment, high-rise residential buildings, public and private developments, single-family homes, industrial and sports pavilions, etc. **Your Responsibilities:** ------------------ You will be responsible for leading and managing Egoin Wood Group’s construction projects, overseeing them from initial planning through to project completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, safety requirements, and the established budget. * **Project Management:** Plan, organize, and supervise all construction phases, ensuring tasks are correctly executed. * **Team Coordination:** Lead on-site workers, including both in-house teams and subcontractors. * **Budget Control:** Ensure on-site expenditures remain within the allocated budget. * **Safety Supervision:** Implement and guarantee compliance with Egoin’s occupational health and safety regulations. * **Quality Control:** Ensure construction meets the quality standards specified in drawings and technical specifications. * **Materials Management:** Plan and coordinate material supply and storage to prevent delays. * **Problem Resolution:** Identify and mitigate risks or unforeseen issues arising during construction. * **Progress Reporting:** Report project progress and incidents to Egoin’s headquarters and the relevant delegation. **Your Profile:** -------------- * **Required Qualification:** Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related degree. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to interpret construction drawings. * Proficiency with tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and BIM. * **Languages:** Technical English or other languages. * **Work Experience:** Minimum of 3\-5 years in similar roles within the construction sector. **In exchange for your commitment, we offer:** -------------------------------------------- * The opportunity to participate in a unique project, executing benchmark projects in the industrialized construction sector.
