Requirements: **Education** Technical Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in Electricity. **Experience and Skills** Experience in Construction Execution Management, Installation Legalization, and Project Drafting. Knowledge of Electricity and HVAC systems. Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and Office software. Leadership and communication skills. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (Management area: Cantabria, Basque Country, La Rioja, Navarre, and Zaragoza). If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: 40 hours/week Gross Annual Remuneration from €59,362 up to €90,115 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Construction installation projects, their legalization, and construction management. * Planning the execution of works on time and as required. * Verifying technical quality of works and certifying completed tasks. * Technical advisory services related to store installations.
