Our early specialization and continuous commitment to adopting technological advancements have made us an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation of each of our projects. ***We design today the data centers of the future.*** Right now, we want to keep growing, and therefore we present you with our next opening within the Architecture department. **Your responsibilities:** * Review documentation exchanged with the engineering team, such as reports, drawings, lists, models, etc. * Supervise the nomenclature, numbering, storage, and format of all documents to ensure their accuracy and integrity. * Ensure project members have the necessary access rights and privileges to perform their duties. * Manage user accounts, removals, and incidents. * Perform platform quality checks. Ensure the platform used operates optimally, has the approved structure and organization, and provides required access rights and competencies for each company and/or user. * Provide training and support to project team members regarding document control procedures. * Coordinate project deliveries both on internal platforms and client platforms, ensuring document quality. * Implement and monitor documentation review processes at both project and general levels. * Align Quark's specific objectives with Sener's overall document control department goals. **What we expect from you:** * You will become part of an integrated team composed of professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experiences, allowing you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. * Proficiency in document management and control tools is required. * You will maintain constant contact with Sener's document control team, actively participating in its activities. * Among the company’s main assets is its human team, the cornerstone of current success and key to future development.
