Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for directly contributing to customer satisfaction and sales growth while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper customer service and sales execution in line with the Sales Plan. Collaborating on and implementing commercial operations, and proposing improvements to better meet customer needs. Maintaining your department, focusing on product placement, restocking, and signage. Managing department stock according to instructions from your manager. Complying with safety regulations. Collaborating with your team in alignment with company values. Participating actively in store life and embodying the company’s mission. Minimum three months’ experience as a sales associate/stock replenisher in a distribution/retail company. Prior experience in customer service.
