




Job Summary: Daily operational and documentary management at the branch, ensuring organized and accessible information, maintaining order, and supporting the team with reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages daily operational and documentary tasks at the branch. 2. Maintains smooth communication with suppliers and users. 3. Requires strong organizational skills and logistical adaptability. This position involves managing all operational and documentary aspects necessary for the daily functioning of the Santander branch. It is a part-time contract, with the primary responsibility being to ensure that all information remains up-to-date, well-organized, and readily available to various departments. This is a key role in maintaining order, involving data collection, recording information in systems, and preparing reports to support the rest of the team. In addition to office-based tasks, smooth communication with suppliers and users is maintained through multiple channels. The work environment demands strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, supporting the management of both digital and physical records, and adapting to day-to-day logistical requirements. Higher technical education degree in Administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in administrative roles. Advanced proficiency in office software, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data control and management.
