Description Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Community of Madrid and a leading company in the events sector, is seeking for a legendary venue in the capital such as the Teatro Real: \*\* COOKS \*\* We are looking for professionals with 2 years of experience and studies related to the sector who wish to start or continue their career in high-end gastronomy. You will be responsible for creating menus, culinary proposals, and event coverage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and production of dishes (high-end gastronomy) for the restaurant and events. * Presentation of dishes in an attractive and professional manner. * Maintenance of high standards of food hygiene and safety. * Event coverage. CONDITIONS: * Working 5 days per week with two rotating rest days. * Working on rotating continuous morning and afternoon shifts. * Salary: 21\.000 euros gross annually. Requirements * Availability to work rotating continuous morning and afternoon shifts. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with two rest days. * Ability to work in central Madrid. * 2\- 3 years of experience in event catering and/or fine dining kitchens.
