Knowledge in industrial communications, digital transformation, and manufacturing processes will be valued. **Languages:** Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English. **Technical Experience:** In at least 2 of the following technological areas: * European funding projects under the former Horizon 2020 framework program and the new Horizon Europe program. * Digital transformation in the industrial sector * Production processes in the manufacturing domain * Intelligent industrial monitoring systems * Projects developing digital solutions in production plants **Management Experience:** We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience leading complex projects, preferably R\+D projects funded by competitive public programs, and associated networking, knowledge of clusters, European platforms, and programs. Additionally, experience with office tools for project management is required. **Personal Skills:** * Interpersonal skills, ability to operate in a multidisciplinary environment with a commercial networking mindset, teamwork, conflict resolution.
