Job Summary The European Senior Account Executive must have very good project management skills and overall understanding of how media agency works. Media planning and trading understanding as well as experience in a multi\-national/cultural environment are desirable. Client management in an aspect of the role so strength in this area is important. Partnering with Havas local markets to ensure consistency and adherence to central guidelines and processes for the regional client is part of the everyday tasks of the Senior Account Executive. The role also entails support and responsibility in the development and application of new processes, media best practices, various reporting and day\-to\-day process optimisations. This will involve working directly with Havas European markets and internal agency divisions. The Hub’s day\-to\-day management of the clients European business is driven by an European Business Director managing a team of 8\-9 people providing strategic, digital and operational leadership to the many European local Havas markets around the region. The Senior Account Executive sits within the Business coordination team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, but works alongside all disciplines within the broader Client team for optimal integration. Within the Hub there’s a lean over\-arching management structure providing overall leadership but importantly also discipline leadership (e.g.. Strategy and Digital). Mission \& Responsibilities* Responsible for collection and integration of market media plans on assigned markets * Supports in the preparation and delivery of campaign reports, planning updates and budget overviews * Day\-to\-day liaison with Havas European markets and central clients * Ensures qualitative output of assigned markets * Produces, coordinates and presents reports of different kind to the client * Understands central priorities and support the development of innovative local activation * Carefully manages the client and their creative agency, appreciating sensitivities and agendas * Adheres to brand client processes \& support network\-wide understanding and compliance * Connects and supports the integrated regional team working end\-to\-end for the clients to provide clients efficient and valuable support and operations * Contributes to the client satisfaction * Attends regular markets and client meetings * Day\-to\-day use of Havas proprietary Budget tracking and Media Plan approval tool (CS) * Supports Direct manager and Team Management with reporting, overviews and meeting preparations Soft Skills \& Competencies* Very good project management skills and hands\-on pragmatic approach * Understanding of media planning/buying principles across offline and online channels * Confidently liaise with markets and clients * Reacts appropriately to different cultural practices and nuances, while building collaborative relationships * Ability to meet tight deadlines * Team worker with proactive hands\-on approach * International/European experience if possible * Seeks to improve existing processes and systems with clear recommendations Previous Experience \& Industry Background:* 2 years in a media agency environment, ideally international experience of working with integrated teams and networks Languages* English (fluent).
