Main responsibilities include weighing ingredients, performing basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and peeling, preparing sauces and dressings, and providing general assistance in dish preparation. It will also be necessary to keep the kitchen clean and organized, properly store food items, and maintain a clean workspace. Previous experience in a tapas bar kitchen is required. We value a willingness to engage in continuous learning, a passion for cooking, the ability to work in a team, speed, and efficiency. We seek a responsible, meticulous, clean, organized, and methodical individual with initiative and creativity. A temporary employment contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming indefinite, for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Working hours will be from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. The gross monthly salary is €712.
