Opportunities for professional growth We are seeking personnel to carry out the installation and maintenance of telecare devices in the homes of users within the Bilbao area. Tasks include technical visits to perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as equipment removal when necessary. Work is carried out directly with system components and terminals to ensure proper functionality, thereby contributing to users' safety and well-being. In addition to the technical aspects, the position involves close personal attention. This includes follow-up visits to assess users' conditions and their living environments, identifying potential needs or risk situations requiring notification. In cases of crisis or emergency, actions are taken in accordance with established protocols, which may include accompanying the individual until family members or emergency services arrive, aiming to promote their peace of mind. Work is conducted within a public service framework, with an annual working schedule defined under a specific collective agreement. Candidates with basic education and office software skills are valued; a high level of spoken and written Basque and a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements. A stable work environment with opportunities for growth is offered. Bachelor's degree, FP2 (Intermediate Vocational Training), Higher Technician qualification, or equivalent. High-level spoken and written Basque is mandatory. Basic user-level office software knowledge. Valid driver's license. FP2 qualification in Electricity and/or Electronics is considered an asset.
