That is why we seek to hire an **Engineering Project Director** capable of leading complex projects from a global perspective—integrating multidisciplinary teams, managing international clients, and transforming technical challenges into solutions that make a difference.

**Your mission**
You will be fully responsible for directing complex engineering projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
You will maintain a holistic view of the project, ensuring achievement of technical, economic, and scheduling objectives; fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration; and guaranteeing the quality of developed solutions.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Lead engineering projects from initial design phases through construction support and commissioning.
* Coordinate teams across architecture, structures, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, BIM, telecommunications, and other technical disciplines.
* Define execution strategies, scheduling, resource allocation, and key project milestones.
* Manage communication with international clients and lead progress meetings, technical workshops, and decision-making processes.
* Oversee risks, scope changes, interfaces, and contractual constraints.
* Drive continuous improvement, technical quality, and excellence in deliverables.
* Mentor and develop high-performance teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
* Participate in some of the most advanced Data Center and critical infrastructure projects.
**What are we looking for?**
We seek a candidate with a strong track record leading complex engineering projects and the ability to thrive in highly demanding, multicultural environments.
We would especially value:
* A university degree in Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent technical discipline.
* Over 12 years of experience in engineering, design, or direction of complex projects.
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in sectors such as Data Centers, critical infrastructure, advanced industry, hospitals, airports, energy, or landmark buildings.
* Solid knowledge of planning, scope management, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.
* Ability to manage high-level clients and stakeholders.
* Advanced English proficiency for international projects.
* Leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Particularly valued experience includes:
* Hyperscale or colocation Data Centers.
* BIM environments and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Management of engineering and construction contracts.
* PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar certifications.
* Experience working in international teams and multicultural settings.
