That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Petronor, currently undergoing transformation toward becoming a multi-energy company and a circular economy HUB, is seeking to hire a Labor Relations Technician for its Industrial Complex in Muskiz (Bizkaia).** What We Are Looking For Reporting to the Head of Labor Relations and Human Resources Administration, the selected candidate will assume, among others, the following responsibilities: Functions and Responsibilities * Actively collaborate with the Labor Relations and Human Resources Administration team in day-to-day management and departmental projects. * Develop, coordinate, and implement labor relations policies and procedures within their scope of responsibility. * Ensure proper implementation of the current collective bargaining agreement and participate in negotiations for future agreements. * Guarantee compliance with applicable labor regulations, monitor legislative changes, and propose improvement and adaptation measures. * Provide labor advisory services and address queries and incidents raised by employees and various organizational departments. * Represent the company in defending its labor-related interests, in coordination with management lines and involved departments. * Participate in official dialogue with governmental bodies and labor-related entities when required. * Collaborate in the correct application and review of payroll items and associated HR administrative processes. * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the department’s budget. * Support other cross-functional initiatives within the People area, especially in planning, organization, and talent management. Requirements * University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines. * Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management will be valued. * Proven experience of at least six years in similar positions, with a strong focus on labor law, collective bargaining, equality plans, and labor relations management in an industrial environment. * Ability to build credibility, foster commitment, and operate effectively in dynamic environments oriented toward continuous improvement. * Excellent communication skills, execution orientation, and capacity for collaborative work. * Strong analytical ability and sound judgment in decision-making. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Advanced English proficiency (B2\). * Valid driver’s license.
