Reporting to the Head of Communications and External Relations, the Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for engaging Faro Santander’s community across digital channels through the creation of relevant content and conversations. We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Managing the Faro Website * Creating and maintaining content. * Coordinating with various Faro Santander departments (exhibitions, programs, shop, news, etc.). * Contracting and coordinating design and development agencies. * Forms and database management. Managing Faro’s Social Media * Designing strategy and content plans tailored to diverse audiences. * Designing and producing materials in collaboration with agencies. * Multichannel presence: IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn. * Community management—customer service, encouraging participation. * Identifying and coordinating collaborators. Communicating with the Community * Newsletters. * Email campaigns. * SMS. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position. **Professional Experience** * Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and maintaining websites (Mandatory). * Proven track record managing social media for medium-to-large communities with high interaction volume (Mandatory). * Experience in cultural projects—especially in art—is highly valued (Desirable). **Education** * University degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Mandatory). **Languages** * Full written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
