Safe and efficient tower crane operation We are looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join a construction company based in Santander. Your responsibilities will include the safe and efficient operation of the tower crane, lifting and moving loads according to project specifications. You will also closely coordinate with signalmen and other on-site personnel. Daily inspections of the crane’s condition are essential, and you must promptly report any issues that arise. Furthermore, strict compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations is required. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with direct employment by the company. Salary will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and your experience. We aim to provide job stability and foster a positive work environment. * Valid official Tower Crane Operator license. * Proven experience operating tower cranes. * Knowledge of on-site safety regulations. * Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility. * Immediate availability.
