Quality and HSE Technician (Occupational Risk Prevention)

Description

At **Albian**, we are seeking a **Quality and HSE Technician**, with a strong focus on **Occupational Risk Prevention**, to strengthen our Quality, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention department. We seek a candidate with experience in **industrial environments**, capable of managing preventive and documentary tasks associated with our projects and providing support to teams during project execution. What will be your main responsibilities? * **Prepare and sign Safety and Health Plans and Preventive Management Documents** associated with our projects. * Prepare and monitor the **Preventive Activity Planning**. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding **Occupational Risk Prevention**. * Manage **Coordination of Business Activities (CBA)** and associated document management platforms. * Conduct **site visits and inspections**, as needed. * Investigate accidents and incidents and monitor **accident frequency indices**. * Implement internal Occupational Risk Prevention procedures and participate in preparing **audits**. * Monitor professional qualifications, licenses, and mandatory training of workers. * Provide support in **Environmental Management**, especially concerning waste management and other applicable environmental requirements. * Collaborate, as a complementary activity, with the **Quality** department, including drafting Quality Plans, tracking Non-Conformities, developing procedures, and conducting internal audits. What are we looking for? * **University-level technical education**: Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent degree. * Advanced training in **Occupational Risk Prevention**, with preference given to candidates holding certifications in all three specialties. * **At least 3 years of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention / HSE roles within industrial environments.** * Experience in **preparing and signing Safety and Health Plans and preventive documentation**. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and experience in **Coordination of Business Activities (CBA)**. * Proficiency in document management / CBA platforms. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with technical and site teams. We particularly value experience in **engineering firms, installation companies, and industrial project execution companies**.
