Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive IT Technician for project management in information and communication technologies, with experience in hardware, software, basic electricity, and thermal management. Project management and incident resolution **The position includes the following:** * Title: IT Technician * Content: Information and Communications Project Management (ICPM) focuses on services within the context of information and communication technologies. We are currently searching for technical-profile candidates possessing the following competencies: Minimum 6 months of professional experience, with knowledge of: · Hardware and assembly \- Practical experience disassembling and assembling computer equipment. \- Knowledge of VESA mounts and screen fixings. \- Familiarity with internal cabling (power, peripherals, data). · Software \- Installation and configuration of Windows 11\. \- Installation of ticket printer and card reader drivers. \- Basic network configuration (static IP, DHCP). · Basic electricity \- Safe handling of power outlets and power strips. \- Connecting equipment to the electrical grid in compliance with regulations (grounding, circuit breakers). · Thermal management \- Basic concepts of heat dissipation in confined spaces (mini-PC inside enclosure). · Tools and methodologies \- Use of manual tools (screwdrivers, drill, electrical tester). \- Adherence to checklists and incident documentation. \- Proper cable organization to prevent interference and facilitate maintenance. As well as a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
