Job Summary: Coordinate and lead daily and nightly animation activities, organize recreational events, and ensure the safety and enjoyment of holidaymakers with good humor and creativity. Possibility of accommodation. **Job Description** --------------------------- * Develop and coordinate the weekly animation schedule. * Lead and organize sports tournaments and activities (football, volleyball, table tennis, pétanque, etc.). * Propose family-oriented animation activities. * Organize original and entertaining events such as workshops, scavenger hunts, and games. * Manage nighttime animation (karaoke, disco, contests, etc.). * Plan involvement of external companies for occasional animations (magicians, shows, etc.). * Ensure activity safety and guarantee their proper execution. * Occasionally use the camp's mascot. * Be a source of good humor and interact with all our holidaymakers. * Respect the camp’s internal regulations. **Conditions** --------------- * Flexible working hours: 8 a.m.\-10 p.m. * Split shifts and 6-hour workdays. * One day off per week. * Work on weekends. * Holidays cannot be taken during the contract period. * Possibility of accommodation. * Prior experience in this role for at least one season is required. * BAFA or Leisure Activity Monitor certification. * General sports proficiency (knowledge of rules and safety requirements). * Organized, sociable, cheerful, available, and dynamic. * Creative with strong stage presence. * Good command of Spanish, English, and/or French. * Enjoys discovering new things and working in a team. * Willingness to work variable shifts. * Customer service orientation and professional appearance. * Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
