With more than 10\.000 professionals across the group, operating in 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. **Job Description** We are seeking to hire a senior PMO professional with experience in cybersecurity projects. Work mode is hybrid, based in Bilbao. **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead the Cybersecurity Technical Office (Cyber PMO).** * **Coordinate the cybersecurity initiatives roadmap 2027\-2030\.** * **Define the functional and technical scope of new initiatives together with client teams.** * **Prepare Statements of Work (SoW), technical documentation, and support procurement processes (RFI/RFP).** * **Coordinate IT, OT, business, architecture, and vendor teams.** * **Manage project planning, budgeting, risks, dependencies, and changes.** * **Prepare and chair steering committees and executive committees.** * **Oversee proper execution of initiatives and ensure compliance with scope, quality, and timelines.** * **Develop progress reports, KPIs, and executive reporting.** * **Identify new improvement opportunities within the cybersecurity roadmap.** **Required Knowledge** **Functional experience in several of the following areas is required:** * **Cybersecurity Governance.** * **Risk Management.** * **OT Security.** * **Identity & Access Management (IAM).** * **Privileged Access Management (PAM).** * **Vulnerability Management.** * **Zero Trust.** * **Cloud Security.** * **SOC and Threat Detection.** * **Business Continuity.** * **Data Protection.** * **SAP Security (desirable).** **Frameworks and Standards** * **ISO 27001\.** * **NIST Cybersecurity Framework.** * **IEC 62443\.** * **NIS2\.** **Qualifications*** **Desirable Certifications:** + **PMP, SCRUM or ITIL** + **CISSP or CISM** + **ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.** **Additional Information** English C1 level, both spoken and written.
