An international hotel chain is seeking a **Chef (Buffet & Live Cooking) / Station Chef** for a seasonal position in the French Alps (22/06/2026–31/10/2026, 132 days). **Terms:** Full-time employment; 1.5 rest days per week; possibility of paid overtime. Accommodation, meals, and access to resort facilities are included. The employer arranges and covers travel costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and arrange buffet items prior to service. * Perform live cooking tasks, finishing dishes in front of guests. * Work shifts covering two service periods while managing the assigned station. * Maintain the resort's quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; team management experience is preferred.
