Monitor SLA compliance for tickets. * AIX systems administration: Perform server maintenance and update tasks. Ensure system security, performance, and availability. * User and permissions management: manage accounts, groups, and system access (SSH, multi-factor authentication, etc.). * Incident management and support: Resolve complex incidents and ensure operational continuity of services. * Monitor performance, plan maintenance windows for applying security patches. **Aix/Solaris Administrators (responsibilities):** * AIX systems administration: Perform server maintenance and update tasks.
