Reporting to the Department Manager, your mission will be to personally contribute to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper customer service and sales execution according to the Sales Plan. Collaborating on and implementing commercial operations; proposing improvements to better meet customer needs. Maintaining your department, focusing on product placement, restocking, and signage. Managing department stock levels as directed by your manager. Complying with safety regulations. Collaborating with your team in alignment with company values. Participating actively in warehouse life—living and promoting our corporate mission. Minimum three months’ prior experience as a sales associate/stock replenisher in a distribution or retail company. Previous customer service experience.
