We seek a person to join our selection team to perform the following responsibilities: \-Proficiency in Office suite tools and social media. * Ability to synthesize a hiring need, create a job posting, publish it on job portals, and replicate it across social media. * Screening of resumes and conducting interviews. * Document management of candidates within the online platform. * Active follow-up of candidates. * Proactive candidate sourcing beyond our internal database. Personal Requirements: * Communicative, optimistic, proactive, and customer-oriented individual. * Methodical and responsible person, capable of both independent and team-based work. * Degree in Psychology / Labor Relations / Pedagogy (Postgraduate studies in HR or related fields will be valued). * Proficiency in computer tools, especially Office suite and similar applications. * Ability to publish job offers on employment portals. * Social media management skills
