Responsibilities: * Collaboration in preparing bids and proposals for non-residential building projects. + Client visits. + Development of conceptual designs. + Preparation of proposal documents. * Architect designer. Development of project documentation. + Completion of architectural design. + Coordination of the project team. + Collaboration and drafting of justification reports. + Budget preparation. * Technical Management. * Technical consultancy. Drafting of technical reports. + Justification of regulatory compliance. + Technical audits on building conditions. + Pathology reports. * Quality control. + Technical project reviews. + Execution monitoring. **Requirements** **How we would like you to be** * You have a background in **Technical Architecture**. * You bring 10 years of experience in **construction project management and execution supervision**. * It is essential that you have experience with software such as: **Excel**, **Word**, **TCQ**; **AUTOCAD**, **Microsoft Project**, **BIM**.
