Job Summary:
We are seeking a social worker to support individuals experiencing vulnerability, social exclusion, or homelessness, providing reception, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and accompaniment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attention to individuals in situations of vulnerability and social exclusion.
2. Design, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
3. Street education and social accompaniment.
We are looking for a person to work as a social worker in Santander. Duties include supporting individuals experiencing vulnerability, social exclusion, or homelessness: reception, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, design, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans, as well as social accompaniment. Street education, provision of essential services according to the work schedule, and preparation of activity justification reports are also carried out.
A university degree or diploma in Social Work, prior experience in a similar position, a valid type B driver's license, and intermediate-level computer skills are required.
A six-month temporary full-time employment contract is offered, with morning shifts and one afternoon shift per week, plus weekends and on-call telephone duties according to the service schedule. Salary is determined by the applicable collective agreement. Immediate start.
