




DESCRIPTION **Prevention Technician** =========================== Eosol Group is looking for a Prevention Technician to join our team and participate in large-scale **railway projects** in **Bilbao**. We are seeking a professional committed to occupational health and safety, with the ability to manage and supervise prevention plans in construction environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Development and Monitoring of Health and Safety Plans:** Develop specific health and safety plans for each construction site, ensuring their proper implementation and conducting continuous monitoring to guarantee compliance with current regulations and company policies. * **Site Inspections:** Carry out periodic inspections at various construction sites to verify compliance with health and safety measures, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions. * **Prevention Training:** Actively participate in staff training by delivering instruction on site-specific safety, machinery handling, workplace hazards, and emergency procedures. * **Report Preparation:** Draft detailed reports on preventive activity monitoring, inspection results, incidents occurred, and measures taken. * **Coordination and Communication:** Serve as a liaison between Site Management, subcontractors, and Technical Office, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth coordination on prevention matters. * **Risk Analysis:** Assess occupational risks associated with different project phases and propose appropriate preventive and protective measures. * **Accident Investigation:** Participate in the investigation of work-related accidents and incidents, determining their causes and proposing measures to prevent recurrence. * **Document Management:** Maintain up-to-date documentation related to occupational risk prevention, including records, risk assessments, and emergency plans. * **Promotion of Safety Culture:** Foster a proactive safety culture at all organizational levels, promoting good practices and commitment to health and safety. **Requirements:** * Higher education as an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (PRL). * At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, focused on health and safety management in construction. * Solid knowledge of legal regulations regarding occupational risk prevention. * Ability to develop and monitor health and safety plans. * Effective communication and coordination skills. * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Availability to travel to various construction sites in Bilbao. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in railway projects. * Additional training in Quality, Safety, and Health. * Knowledge of quality management methodologies applied to safety.
