Main responsibilities: * Product development and design * Technical specifications * Shelf life determination * Process validation * Conducting tests * Collaboration and support in quality audits * Participation in the management and implementation of management systems according to ISO 14001, IFS, BRC, HACCP systems, and product certifications * Management of related processes and protocols Minimum education requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Science, or a related field. Minimum experience At least 1 year Required languages Spanish Required knowledge * Food industry * Quality standards Minimum requirements * Availability to work rotating shifts * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office * A Master’s degree related to the role is desirable
