If you have solid experience in site supervision and are passionate about coordinating human and material resources, we want you on our team! **Responsibilities** ------------- As a Construction Production Manager, you will be responsible for: * **Coordination of human and material resources:** Plan and manage the allocation of resources required for each project, ensuring that the right personnel and necessary materials are available at the right time. * **Meeting deadlines:** Establish and follow strict construction schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising work quality. * **Cost, quality, and on-site execution control:** Continuously monitor costs and ensure the project remains within the established budget, while guaranteeing maximum quality in construction execution. * **Subcontractor management:** Supervise the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring all suppliers meet quality standards and agreed-upon deadlines. * **Work supervision:** Monitor on-site progress, ensuring works are carried out according to plans and technical specifications, and comply with current regulations. * **Preparation of monthly activity reports:** Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including economic aspects, resources used, and any incidents that may have occurred. * Proficiency with software such as **Presto and/or Autocad** is required. **Requirements** -------------- To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * **Degree in building engineering, civil engineering, or architectural technology:** A university degree supporting your knowledge in the field of construction and building. * **Minimum of 2 years of experience:** At least two years of experience in similar roles, where you have demonstrated your skills in managing construction projects. * **Experience in civil maintenance projects is desirable:** Prior experience in maintenance projects will be positively valued, expanding our ability to address various aspects of the sector. **Competencies** ---------------- We are looking for a proactive individual with leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
