Main Responsibilities * Windows Server Administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022): installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and servers. * Active Directory Management: creation and administration of user accounts, groups, organizational units (OU), group policies (GPO), permissions, and network resource access. * Security and Compliance: implementation of security solutions such as MFA, PIM, conditional access, Microsoft Defender for Identity, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance. * Virtualization and Cloud: administration of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V), management of services in Azure and AWS, integration with Azure AD and ADConnect. * Automation and Scripting: development of PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative and security tasks. * Support and Incident Resolution: diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, advanced user support, and infrastructure maintenance.
