Job Request ID: 25018 Country: Spain Position Location: Parque Tecnológico, Edificio 300 Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170 **MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER (F/M/X)** **Position Objective** : At ITP Aero, we are seeking professionals to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aeronautical components, within the **Rotating Manufacturing Engineering Department** at our facility in Zamudio Technology Park. **Your main responsibilities:** Your primary responsibilities will be: * Improving manufacturing processes for components: * Creating solid models for different stages of the process. * Generating instructions and work guidelines for implementing new processes. * Defining and implementing necessary improvements for product industrialization: reducing cycle times and costs related to poor quality. * Providing production support and driving continuous process improvement. **What we are looking for** : * Education: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Required Experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM…) along with data analysis skills and coordination and communication abilities. * Required Knowledge: * 3D part modeling and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX) * Product lifecycle management software (PLM, preferably Teamcenter) and SAP * Languages: Advanced level of English * Soft Skills: * Proactivity, teamwork ability, learning capacity, and adaptability. **Why choose this vacancy?** * You enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. * You are motivated by continuous learning and improvement. * You take pleasure in gaining firsthand knowledge of the entire production process. **Who will I be working with?** You will be based at ITP Aero’s **Zamudio site**, within the **Rotating Manufacturing Engineering Department**, collaborating with a dynamic and multidisciplinary team on significant long-term projects for the global aerospace industry. **External job description footer**. .
