Job Summary: We are seeking Manual Welders to develop their careers in an industrial environment, participating in technical projects and supporting the development of welding procedures. Collaboration in the execution and testing of welds 3 Manual Welders **Training Contract \| Full-time** **Are you looking to develop your career in a high-level industrial environment?** If you are interested in industrial welding, working with various welding processes, and participating in technical projects within the industrial sector, keep reading. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ✔️ Support in developing and improving welding procedures. ✔️ Collaboration in performing welds using various processes, including mock-ups, coupons, procedures, qualifications, or workshop welds for which you are qualified. ✔️ Cooperation in preparing and assembling coupons for testing, procedure qualification, or training purposes. ✔️ Participation in testing or commissioning new welding systems or processes, some manufactured by robotics and others purchased from external suppliers. **What do we offer?** ✔️ Number of vacancies: 3 ✔️ Department: Welding Engineering and Heat Treatment ✔️ Work location: Maliaño (Cantabria) ✔️ Working schedule: 2 shifts ✔️ Full-time training contract ✔️ Compensation: Level 424 (85% of Base Salary) **Are you interested?** Click here to view all details of the recruitment process: https://www.ensa.es/wp\-content/uploads/2026/05/convocatoria\-ps\-soldadores\-as\-cta\-ensacademy.pdf **Mandatory Requirements** ✔️ Officially recognized or accredited qualification in the Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Welding and Boiler Making (maximum 3 years since completion of training to be eligible for the training contract). **Desirable:** ✔️ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. ✔️ Experience in an industrial company. ✔️ Experience in Welding and Boiler Making. ✔️ English language level A2\.
