DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a **Structural Engineer** with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Madrid or Bilbao. We seek committed professionals who wish to grow with us and contribute their talent to challenging projects. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Structural Design Coordination:** Lead structural design coordination, ensuring integration with other engineering disciplines and maintaining smooth communication with our clients. * **Advanced Structural Analysis:** Perform analysis of complex structures, with particular emphasis on bridges, guaranteeing the safety, efficiency and feasibility of our designs. * **Preparation of Technical Documentation:** Draft detailed calculation reports, manage drawing production and supervise budgets for assigned projects. * **Supervision and Mentoring:** Supervise and guide junior engineers within the project team, fostering their professional development. * **BIM Modelling:** Apply and promote the use of BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodologies in project development, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy in structural representation. **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (specialising in Roads, Canals and Ports), Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in structural analysis and design, preferably in bridges and other infrastructure. * Solid knowledge of current structural design standards and regulations. * Experience using structural analysis software (e.g. CYPE, SAP2000, ETABS, etc.). * Familiarity with BIM modelling tools (e.g. Revit). * Proficiency in English, both technical and communicative (a positive factor). * Analytical ability, attention to detail and proactivity. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Assets:** * Experience in tenders and project management. * Advanced knowledge of structural pathology and rehabilitation. * Experience in other types of infrastructure (tunnels, industrial buildings, etc.). **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a dynamic and professional working environment where you can develop your career on large-scale projects alongside a highly qualified team of professionals.
