**Site Manager – Industrialized Wood Construction (Segovia)** At **ANBOC**, we develop **industrialized and modular wood construction projects**, committed to efficient, sustainable, and high-quality systems. We manufacture at our Segovia facilities and carry out on-site assembly within very short timeframes, maintaining full control over the entire construction process. We are seeking a person with **enthusiasm for construction and eagerness for professional growth**, to join us as **Site Manager**, in a technical–operational role. **Responsibilities** * Planning, organization, and monitoring of construction projects. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Control of schedules, costs, and certifications. * Interpretation of drawings and resolution of construction details. * Preparation of budgets, quantity take-offs, and support in tenders. * Coordination with production, suppliers, and technical office. **Requirements** * Experience in construction project management or supervision. * Strong ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Organizational skills, leadership, and teamwork capability. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD, Presto, and office software**. * Valid driving license (Category B). * Interest in industrialized and wood-based construction will be valued. **Education** * Technical Architecture / Building Surveyor, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Technical Engineering. * Vocational Training (FP) in Construction or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in construction project management will be valued for candidates without formal academic qualifications. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:00 * **Friday:** 8:00–14:00 The position involves **site visits**, and occasionally travel, depending on project requirements. **Work Modality** Fully **on-site position in Segovia**. Once the **training and adaptation period** is successfully completed, and the candidate is fully integrated into the company, a **periodic hybrid work arrangement** may be considered, always compatible with site requirements.
